StealthMade Return & Exchange Policy
At StealthMade, we design our products with purpose, pride, and privacy in mind. Because many of our items are personal in nature, our return policy balances safety, hygiene, and fairness.
Prosthetics, Harnesses, and Intimate Items
Due to the intimate and personal use of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Any worn or intimate item
This policy ensures every customer receives a product that has never been used or tried on.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement:

Contact us at hello@stealthmade.co within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the issue and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
Once approved, we will send you a replacement or issue store credit.
Imperfect / Discounted Items (Final Sale)
Some StealthMade products may be offered at a discounted price due to minor cosmetic imperfections. These imperfections do not affect functionality but may include small visual flaws.
All imperfect or discounted items are sold as-is and are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds on these items.
By purchasing an imperfect item, you acknowledge and accept the nature of these cosmetic imperfections.
Lost or Stolen Packages
StealthMade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please double-check your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local carrier.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or prior to the item being shipped, whichever comes first. Once shipping is initiated, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Merchandise: Apparel, Hats, and Clothing (Fulfilled by Printful)
Returns on merchandise (such as clothing, hats, or other apparel fulfilled by Printful) may be eligible under the following conditions:
To be eligible:

Item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns/Refunds Will Not Be Accepted for the Following:

Wrong address entered at checkout

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

To start a return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
