StealthMade Terms of Service

Welcome to StealthMade! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy Here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian for purchased. 

Age Requirement:
All booking services require customers to be at least 18 years of age. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours or before shipment, whichever occurs first.

2a. Customs, Duties & Import Fee

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT or import fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. 


Please note:

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • All customs fees are set and priced by your country’s customs authorities — this is not something we can control.

  • Any customs-related delays are outside our control.

StealthMade is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Refused shipments

  • Additional fees charged by local authorities

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to accurately describe our products, but colors and appearance may vary due to device settings or printing processes.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3a. EU Product Safety & GPSR Compliance

In compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), StealthMade and our designated EU representative, SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED, ensure that all consumer products offered to EU customers meet applicable safety standards.

4. Final Sale Items

Due to their personal and hygienic nature, the following products are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Prosthetic packers

  • Harnesses

  • Other intimate or skin-contact products

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise (Apparel, Hats, Clothing)
Returns may be accepted if:

  • Items are unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues

  • Washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Color variations due to screen differences

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you once products are shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or errors caused by incorrect shipping information.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.

7a. Personal peer to peer support / Peer Guidance Services

StealthMade offers peer to peer support for ages 18+ only

Please note: I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or insurance representative, these services are peer-to-peer guidance only and do not constitute medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Age Requirement:
Clients must be 18 years or older to book or participate in a peer to peer supports. StealthMade does not provide consultations to minors and does not accept parental or guardian consent.

Limits of Liability:
Clients acknowledge that StealthMade is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from peer to peer services.

Acknowledgment:
Clients must actively agree to the terms and services at checkout before scheduling or participating in any peer to peer service:

  • They are 18 years or older.

  • The support provided is for informational and peer-support purposes only.

  • Individuals will consult licensed professionals for any medical, psychological, or insurance-related decisions.

  • StealthMade is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the peer to peer support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks on this site belong to StealthMade and may not be used without permission.

9. User Content

By submitting reviews or feedback, you grant StealthMade a license to use your content for promotional purposes. You agree not to submit content that violates any laws or rights of others.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Services to engage in unlawful activities, infringe on intellectual property, transmit harmful content, impersonate others, or interfere with site operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StealthMade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree to jurisdiction in Colorado courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Mobile Terms of Service

The StealthMadeStore mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by StealthMadeStore (“StealthMadeStore”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to StealthMadeStore’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of StealthMadeStore through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with StealthMadeStore. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to (833) 983-5262 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other StealthMadeStore mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
