StealthMade Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with StealthMade! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Fee

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT or import fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. 


Please note:

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • All customs fees are set and priced by your country’s customs authorities — this is not something we can control.

  • Any customs-related delays are outside our control.

StealthMade is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Refused shipments

  • Additional fees charged by local authorities

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible because we understand how important it is for you to receive your products promptly.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or intimate products may require additional processing time. We’ll notify you if your order takes longer than usual.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and package size.
Shipping options and carriers will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you’ll see the option during checkout.

  • We offer free and discounted shipping on selected destinations. Eligibility is subject to change.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and selected International destinations. 

  • International shipping may be available on select products. To confirm, checkout will be finalized.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, and unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@stealthmade.co so we can assist with claims.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
