Care Instructions

Your StealthMade soft packer is designed for comfort, realism, and daily wear, not for penetration. While it’s not built for play, it is made from body-safe materials you can trust.

• If lubricant is needed, only use water-based lube. Oils and silicone-based lubricants can break down the surface and compromise the finish.
• To protect hand-painted detailing, avoid dry friction.
• If your packer feels slightly tacky after washing, you can lightly dust it with a small amount of cornstarch once it's completely dry. This helps maintain a smooth, skin-like feel.
• After each use, wash with warm water and mild antibacterial soap.
• Do not scrub or rub. Gently pat dry with a soft towel and let it air dry completely.
• Store in a cool, dry place, preferably separate from other items to prevent damage.

StealthMade Return & Exchange Policy

At StealthMade, we design our products with purpose, pride, and privacy in mind. Because many of our items are personal in nature, our return policy balances safety, hygiene, and fairness.

Prosthetics, Harnesses, and Intimate Items

Due to the intimate and personal use of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Packers
• Prosthetics
• Harnesses
• Any worn or intimate item
• This policy ensures every customer receives a product that has never been used or tried on.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

• hello@stealthmade.co within 7 days of delivery.
  
• order number, photos of the issue and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
  

Once approved, we will send you a replacement or issue store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

StealthMade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please double-check your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local carrier.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or prior to the item being shipped, whichever comes first. Once shipping is initiated, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Merchandise: Apparel, Hats, and Clothing (Fulfilled by Printful)

Returns on merchandise (such as clothing, hats, or other apparel fulfilled by Printful) may be eligible under the following conditions:

To be eligible:

• unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
  
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns/Refunds Will Not Be Accepted for the Following:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind

Sizing issues (please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering)

Wrong address entered at checkout

Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Custom items or limited-edition drops

Color variation due to screen differences or printing processes

To start a return:

• If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
  
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
